Transportation between Levico Terme and Castel Ivano
During the conference, a dedicated shuttle bus service will operate between Levico Terme and Castel Ivano, the conference venue. Directions and timetable are provided below.
The shuttle service will operate with a single trip in the morning from Levico Terme to the conference venue, and a single trip at the end of each day’s activities back to Levico Terme.
Bus Stops – In Levico Terme, the service will operate from 3 bus stops:
- near the intersection between Viale Venezia and Viale Stazione (Google Maps);
- near the entrance of the Terme (“spa”), on Via Vittorio Emanuele (Google Maps);
- at the entrance of the soccer field, on Viale Lido (Google Maps).
Timetable – The timetable of the shuttle service for the morning trips is as follows.
Participants are requested to arrive at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before departure time.
The return trip to Levico Terme is arranged differently each day, and is scheduled at the end of each day’s activities: on Wednesday, July 8, the bus will depart after the visit to Arte Sella; on Thursday, July 9, the bus will depart after the Social Dinner; on Friday, July 10, the bus will depart after the end of the conference.
Alternative transportation – In case the shuttle ride is missed or is not a viable choice, participants can rely on public transport services. Directions are provided in the Information for participants page.
