To present an oral contribution, authors should submit an abstract (maximum one page, figures not allowed) by May 1st, 2026 via the online submission form. Authors will be notified of acceptance by May 10th, 2026.
Authors of accepted abstracts can also prepare a full-paper version (in PDF) of their contribution (typically 3-5 pages) for possible publication in the Conference Proceedings on the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. These contributions should be sent by email to compeng.2026@ino.cnr.it by August 23rd, 2026.
Papers must be prepared in standard IEEE two-column format according to the IEEE template (MSWord and LaTex) available here. We suggest all authors to check the compatibility of their final manuscript with the format of IEEE Xplore by using the PDF Xpress tool (see instructions below).
IMPORTANT NOTICES
– Submission of abstract implies intention to register and present the related content at the conference.
– Only accepted papers presented at the Conference by a registered speaker can be included in the Conference proceedings.
– Due to the time limits for oral presentations, only a selected number of contributions can be accepted as talks. Oral presentations will be selected on the basis of the relevance with respect to the scope of the event, originality and quality of the technical content.
